Some of our team had a great night on Thursday 9th March at the National Insurance awards Black tie event in London. Where despite coming up against some excellent competition, we were humbled and absolutely delighted to win the Commercial Lines Broker Claims Team of the year award. We were also shortlisted for Commercial Lines Broker of the year, it is great to see the work our team has achieved across the board being recognised at the event. This is on the back of being ‘Highly Commended’ for Training & Development at the Insurance CX awards in February 2023.
Commenting on the award our CEO Simon Lancaster said, ‘This is an incredible achievement by our amazing team. Our whole business is geared towards looking after and protecting our customers against the many risks they face, and there is no better yard stick to measure the success of that against than good claims outcomes for our customers. Led by our outstanding claims manager Shakil, our claims team provide excellent service to our customers in their hour of need. This award is testimony to that, but it is also more widely testimony to the phenomenal work from every single member of the SJL team to ensure that our customers are adequately advised, serviced and protected at all times. I am once again so proud of them all.’
