Matt splits him time managing the direct new business team, this involves helping and supporting team members so that they can best assist our clients. Matt also works with team members with a view to giving them the best platform to grow and develop themselves and make work as enjoyable as possible. Matt also enjoys working with our clients to help them find the best solutions for their insurance needs.
