SJL Insurance Services has ambitions to widen its talent pool with the launch of SJL Academy. Seven women and three men are taking part from a range of backgrounds including Teaching, Social Media and Marketing. External trainers will be coming in to show new starters the ropes and give them a head start in their new careers.
