SJL opted to switch to Feefo in 2023 in order to ensure verified reviews and deploy evidence of trustworthiness on our emails, website and additional marketing materials.
With a vast portfolio encompassing over 6,500 brands, Feefo holds the position of the world’s largest provider of verified reviews. It empowers businesses to better understand their customers by analysing authentic feedback and gain valuable insights into evolving trends, needs, and habits.
Despite an upswing in consumer confidence since 2021, attributed to improvements in living standards, a prevailing sense of cautious spending persists among consumers. To qualify for the Gold Trusted Service Award, businesses must have amassed a minimum of 50 reviews between January 1st, 2023, and December 31st, 2023, with a Feefo service rating falling within the range of 4.5 to 5.
