SJL Insurance Service are a growing Insurance Brokerage based in the heart of Worcester. Due to continued success and growth we are looking to add to our busy renewals team. The ideal person should be able to show the following:

- Takes initiative when working with team members
- MS office proficiency
The Key Responsibilities of the role will be to obtain renewal terms and prepare renewal documentation for existing customers in relation to their insurance requirements whilst ensuring all customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto our back office system in a timely fashion. You will regularly deal with insurers, brokers and clients by phone, email and in writing.
